This tour is for theater people looking to enhance their skills in the theater capitol of the world in London, England.

This an incredible and exciting opportunity for you to meet and engage in workshops with actual West End actors, actresses, singers, dancers, technicians, and the professionals who train them for the stage and applause!

Workshops can be designed for fun or to make the most of classes.
Each tour is custom built to reflect the interest of your group and can include sight-seeing.
You’ll stay in a Covent Garden hotel within walking distance of the world class London theaters and street performers where the sidewalks are always alive with bustle. Keep your eyes open, you never know who you’ll run into!
(Last time at the Globe Theater the group ran into Vanessa Redgrave!)
Highlights
Large selection of 1-2 hour workshops for all ages and skill levels to choose.
Choose acting, dance, and voice workshops, even stage combat and technical training.
- Workshops are conducted at the world famous Pineapple Studios, the National Theater, and Shakespeare’s Globe Theater where the professional train and perform.
- Workshops are conducted with actual cast members of West End Shows and students will get training from these professionals.
- Workshops can be designed for fun or to enhance talent.
- Workshops include visits to actual sets of shows like Les Miserable and Phantom of the Opera.
- Workshops also include tickets to the theater show of study. For example, vocal workshops for Phantom will include tickets for the evening show.

Stage Combat
Concentrates on the skill and discipline required.

Commedia Dell’Arte
Practical workshop using improv, slapstick, and physical comedy.

Choreography
Various styles of dance or select from one of the theater shows such as Les Miserable or Lion King.

Vocals
Make a song selection from Phantom of the Opera and get training from the performer.

Technical
Workshops are geared towards the technical aspects of a production.

Directing
and stage management workshops available.

Shakespearian
Train students to better understand a play by Shakespeare by considering the language, theme, and character in a rehearsal room style setting.

Costume Design
Workshops can focus on costuming classes of your choice; materials and production, purpose and meaning use of color, creativity and design and symbolism in costumes.
Workshop Instructors
Workshop educators all have experience as actors, directors, or theater education specialists; the people who train the professionals for the stage are going to train you! Or with some workshops you’ll receive training from actual performers from a production.
Again, all skill and experience levels are welcome so don’t be intimidated, workshops are what your group makes of them.

Theater friends, the theater education and experience possibilities are numerous in London and there’s no way to list them all. Give your acting portfolio an “Emmy” upon completion of your London Theater Workshop Tour, and we’ll give you a certificate of completion for your acting resume.
Cost
Each tour is a custom build to fit the interests and budget of your group and there are a number of factors that influence price. Give us your price point and we’ll build something for that budget or make recommendations for changes. Travel to London can be affordable and we will do our best to make it happen for your group without breaking your bank.
Trips can be built for 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days in London
3 days of workshops plus 2-3 days of sight-seeing is the most popular selection, but any combination is possible

- Tour of the Royal Drury Theater where you’ll be met by the ghost of Grimaldi the clown
- Lunch and watch a short concert at St. James Church Piccadilly
- Pineapple Studios – 60-minute vocal workshop with a West End voice coach concentrating on songs from Phantom of the Opera

- Evening performance of Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theater
Day 4

- Fortune Theater – 60-minute on stage workshop concentrating on the suspense and tension created in The Woman in Black
- Shakespeare’s Globe Theater – 30-minute guided tour of the theater
- Lunch
- The Globe Theater – 60-minute workshop concentrating on the original playing conditions of a Shakespeare play of your choice, development of the character and key points and the plays “story arc”
